DXB(W)3-12/0.4 high-voltage/low-voltage pre-installed transformer substation, which combines high-voltage and low-voltage electrical equipment and transformers in a box to form an integrated distribution device, is used for power supply in square parks, residential areas, factories and other urban and rural buildings.

Pre-installed substations, with strong integrity, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and mobile characteristics, compared with conventional civil substations, with the capacity of the box substation covers an area of only 10%-20% of the conventional substations, reducing the construction costs.

This product meets the standards of GB/T17467 High Voltage / Low Pressure Preloaded Substations and SD320 Box Substation Technical Conditions.

DXB(W) series and YBW, ZBW series pre-installed box type substation, only the model is different, there is no difference in essence.

Design number 1: similar to the combined transformer, commonly known as the imitation of American change, box parts mainly includes two parts, one is side for oil-immersed transformer, the second is the high and low pressure casing, the casing with high voltage components and low voltage components and its high pressure part adopts combination, can have high pressure measuring element and the low voltage part includes main switch into line, electrical outlet switch and compensation. Design no. 2: it is a pre-installed box-type substation that USES electrical steel plate to weld the box body or sandwich color steel plate combination box body.

Design no. 3: it is a box-type substation whose shell is made of GRC environmentally-friendly cement. The wall surface can be treated with colored sand, exterior wall paint, tile and other treatment methods. This type of shell can also be made into grade 0K, using the side out line oil-immersed transformer, heat dissipation part exposed installation, no energy dissipation.

Design no. 4: commonly known as landscape european-style box substation, the box is welded with electrical steel plate and decorated with anticorrosive wood.
